Brick by brick, Casa Cori Cori was built with love—an oasis for family, friends, and lovers, to discover, adventure, and gather along.
The stories were there, our task was to unearth and celebrate them. The owner’s memories served as the foundation to an honest brand strategy. We took cues from the property’s flora to create a playful visual identity, its logos, colors, and bespoke patterns.
GOAL:
Create a bold, sophisticated new brand for an existing vacation rental. Our client wanted to elevate the existing identity into one that competes with the world’s best boutique hotels.
APPROACH:
Lean into the family’s history to create an authentic brand narrative and an original point of view. The brand needed to above all, align with the owner’s lifestyle, and eclectic design aesthetic and position it in the market as a new icon in an up-and-coming destination.

Logo & Mark.
Integrates Monterrico’s colors, plant-life, and laid-back lifestyle as inspiration. Our goal was to strike a balance between sophisticated, chic, and beach. A brand structure that could be adapted and applied at other locations as the owners expand the brand.
Bespoke Patterns
All patterns were created to enrich the brand visual language, and add texture and color throughout the different brand applications.
Site Design & Development
Our approach to Casa Cori Cori’s website design was simple: connect with existing and potential guests through compelling storytelling, editorial photography, and an easy-to-navigate structure.
Social Media Curation
After carefully curating the photos that best represent the property, we created guidelines to be applied to social media curation and management.
